Matt, I never got a response from you three weeks ago, so I'll ask again.

Is there an export feature built into Beta Participle?

My host is changing servers and tells me that since ASP is a Windows only scripting language and the new server will be Linux, I have some decisions to make.

I'd love to stay with B.P. since I've got almost two years in with it, and don't want to lose all those blog entries.

Any ideas?

What import options will you have regarding your new server?  I'll see what I can come up with.

I think he needs a way to import them into MySQL, since his server is changing to Linux.

That's not good b/c he won't even be able to serve the asp pages at all.  What good would the export do?  Of course, this also depends on what specific blog software he can run on his new site - that's what I need to know.  There is probably a way to map the current fields onto the new ones and then export/import but I have to know more.

Matt,

Everyone seems to be pointing to Word Press.

I'd really like to stay with BP, since I "got it" now, and that's going some for me.

I am soooooooooooo open to suggestions at this point! Please don't tell me that I'm dead-ended with BP.

All I know for certain is that the new host is going to be on a Linux server.
