I think this is the right path.

It's saying that the path you have in the config is:
c:\www\localuser\cfwebdesign.co.uk\database\Blog.mdb

This is b/c you didn't put a drive letter before the path so it defaulted to C.  Double check the location again and it should be fine.

After bit of a stuggle managed to sort.

However, never used a blog, so is creating blogs only for the webmaster or for users?

What url do users see?
